Employee Liability and RPA Insurance
At Chancery Education Trust, we are a member of the Department for Education’s Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA), which provides insurance cover for academies within the Trust. This cover includes Employer’s Liability, ensuring that all staff are protected while carrying out their duties. The RPA provides financial protection to the Academy in the unlikely event that an employee suffers an injury, illness, or loss as a result of their work.
The RPA is designed to give schools comprehensive and reliable insurance cover, allowing us to focus on delivering high-quality education in a safe and secure environment for both pupils and staff.
